I was onstage during \"2000 Light Years Away\"! Being on the same stage as my heroes was one  of the best experiences of my life. I will never forget it.

My friend Silvi came with me to this show. Her friend Carrie met up with us at the venue. She had brought her young son with her to the show, and told us that she was hoping he\'d get onstage during \"East Jesus Nowhere\". He did! His name\'s Sawyer, and upon hearing so, Billie Joe started playing \"Tom Sawyer\" by Rush.

Following the first chorus of Longview, Billie Joe points to me and asks if I know how to sing it.  There\'s only one answer to that question, and the rest is history, or, in this video at least.

This was recorded from my dads iphone (who is also a HUGE Green Day fan like me). This one is not as good quality as the shorter clip I posted. But it\\\'ll do. I\\\'m the kid in the black clothing with the guitar obviously haha :).
